How many lights are there, Picard?

Someone on Twitter had mentioned that every time they watched Star Trek, they heard ‘Cardassian’ as ‘Kardashian’ – and I’ve been giggling over it for weeks. I just can’t remember who it was!

    As an infrequent TV watcher, I wasn’t aware of the whole Kardashian family in any way shape or form. So I kind of had the opposite experience. When I finally heard an advert for a reality TV show featuring the ‘Cardassians’ my jaw nearly hit the ground!
